1. The Consultant must report any disciplinary action, misdemeanor or felony convictions to the State for any temporary IT staff provided. Do you agree to this requirement?

The client has the right to dismiss the consultant if she or he does not return to work by the agreed upon date. Do you accept this requirement?

Programmer 5:
Ø The Department of Human Services is seeking one senior IT developer with at least 8 years of experience in developing, testing, deploying and supporting applications in a web/SQL Server environment.
Ø *Lead developer experience. The ability to provide direction and mentoring to other developers on a project using the tools described above.
Ø *Ability to transform business requirements through functional/technical analysis into technical specifications and design
Ø *Build application programs based on technical specifications, test and implement systems; Support the SDLC process through post-implementation Support
Ø *Ability to perform Web/SQL development tasks relating to the support, maintenance, and implementation of new and existing applications.
Ø *Ability to understand business processes & to be customer focused. Experience working in both traditional and agile development environments.
Ø *Demonstrated experience developing complex transactional applications using role-based security management.
