·         Good communication skills

·         3-5 years of experience in application development with Microsoft Development Stack

·         Must Have Skills: ASP.Net 4.0, MVC 3.0, JQuery, WCF, C#, .Net FX 3.5, SQL Server, Web Services

·         Familiarity to development tools like Visual Studio, TFS

·         Added Advantage: Knowledge of JQGrid, BizTalk and SharePoint , Onsite client exposure
