Skills Required and Job Description:

Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written  Experience with Web Content Management systems; e.g., Documentum Web Publisher, Adobe/Day CQ, and/or Interwoven Team Site  Experience with business process re-engineering and optimization  Software Prototyping Techniques (e.g., Evolutionary Prototyping, Incremental Prototyping, etc)  Ability to create professional-caliber documentation including Business and Requirements Process documentation (including but not limited to UML Use Case, UML Activity Diagram), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Scripts  Experience with Business Process Modeling tools such as MS Visio, Visual-Paradigm, Rational Rose, etc.  Experience in Agile Development environments  Organized, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines, document as well as understand web publishing application and processes, write system specifications and requirement documents.  Manage process, timelines, and change requests  Recommended (not required):  Six Sigma Training/Certification  IIBA Training/Certification  Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)  2+ years of project management experience in Web or software related field, knowledge of Microsoft Project helpful  Technology Familiarity: HTML, .NET, XML, Web Services  Project Management certifications from PMI or other training programs a plus.  Experience with prototyping software (e.g., Axure, Protoshare, etc)
